About the domain
Casa da Silvia is an old farmhouse that has been turned into a holiday property with 3 holiday houses with pool that can accommodate up to 23 people. The property is about 100 hectares and offers beautiful mountainous landscape. There are farm animals, and endless playing fields for the children.
The location is wonderful for walks and cycling. Near the property you will find picturesque villages but larger cities too, such as Urbino, Gubbio, Citta di Castello, San Sepolcro and Arezzo that are worth visiting. Or go to Apecchino, where they have a yearly truffle festival. In Le Marche, you can also participate in the Marchican dinner.
The vacation houses with yard are authentic and have been tastefully fitted. The vacation houses have been built around a yard, making this holiday property ideal for large groups.
On the side and at the back of the property there is a large garden with a large common private swimming pool.
Whoever is looking for extra luxury can ask for a cook. You can also buy the owners’ organic products (for example salami, ham, cheese, honey, etc).
