A unique property located in the picturesque hamlet of Palazzo, one of the nine medieval villages that together form the “9 Castelli d’Arcevia.” At an altitude of about 250 meters, you’ll enjoy a central location between the Adriatic coast and the majestic foothills of the Apennines, the Monti Sibillini. The landscape is hilly and distinctly agricultural, with sweeping views of sunflower fields, vineyards, and olive trees.

The property is an authentic manor house, over two centuries old, located in a village with only two other homes. Originally owned by the Mazzi family, who owned the surrounding lands, the building was carefully restored in the late 1990s. Local artisans used authentic materials, while a master painter handled the interior decoration. In the years that followed, the outbuilding was transformed into an outdoor kitchen with a sun terrace, and the swimming pool was harmoniously integrated into the rolling landscape.

This beautiful vacation home in the Marche region features a well-designed layout spread over three floors. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities for up to 16 people, a cozy dining room, and a library with books, comics, and children’s books. On the first and second floors, you’ll find four bedrooms, each with unique authentic details and a private bathroom. Each master bedroom is connected to an adjoining room with a sofa bed, ideal for families or groups.

The authentic wood-fired pizza oven completes the Italian experience. In addition to relaxation, there’s also room for activity: a ping-pong table, a trampoline, and various outdoor games provide hours of fun.
