Casa del Pianoforte is a beautiful authentic farmhouse with five bedrooms and a contemporary style, located near the picturesque San Ginesio, in the Le Marche region, Monti Sibillini National Park. The villa has a unique garden with a pool shaped like a piano. From the pool, you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the Sibillini Mountains and the green valleys of Macerata and Fermo.
On the ground floor, there is a large open living room with fireplace, a dining room, and a separate modern kitchen with island, a breakfast bar with stools, and a cozy dining area. The living room opens onto the patio with arches and is ideal for dining and relaxing. A side terrace with barbecue completes the ensemble.
The property features five comfortable bedrooms on the upper floors, offering different views of the green surroundings. Three rooms have large beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The other two rooms each have two single beds. A desk is also available. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, fans, and shutters for a good night's sleep.
There are three bathrooms with different amenities. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and bidet. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with double sink, bathtub, shower, toilet, and bidet. On the second floor, there is a private bathroom for the double room with shower, toilet, and bidet.
The pool is rectangular (14x9m) with a shallow and a deep area (2.5m) and a ladder to enter and exit.
