Villa Urban is a modern private holiday home with a design heated swimming pool. It is located at the end of a white cobblestone road which guarantees complete privacy. Yet you are within a few minutes drive and a fifteen minute walk in Urbania (Pesaro Urbino, Marche, Italy). In Urbania you will find all the facilities you need: supermarket, butcher, bakery, restaurants, first aid, and even a cinema. The world heritage site of Urbino, with the famous palazzo ducale, is only 15 km away. If you want to sunbathe on the Adriatic coast, it is an hour's drive.
With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, this vacation home is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. There is a large terrace with dining table, ideal for all eating outside together. There are also several sitting areas on the terrace, by the pool and close to the very nice BBQ area. Villa Urban is surrounded by a beautiful garden and organically cultivated fields. There is a spectacular view from the private pool of 10×4 meters.
The owners have beautifully styled and furnished the villa inside and out with a lovely mix of design and vintage pieces. You will certainly feel at home in this perfect holiday home.
