De villa bestaat uit 3 heel gezellige woongelegenheden. Il Balsamino bevindt zich in het hoofdgebouw en is de grootste van de 3 woonunits. Op het gelijkvloers bevindt zich een ruime eetkamer met keuken en een prachtige veranda met woonkamer en TV. Er is een tweede eethoek met directe toegang tot de tuin. Naast de keuken voor de gasten is er een wasruimte met een kleine badkamer met toilet en lavabo. Op de eerste verdieping is er een slaapkamer voor 2 personen met eigen badkamer met bad en douche, een tweede slaapkamer met dubbel bed en 2 slaapkamers met telkens 2 1-persoonsbedden en mezzanines met directe toegang tot het terras. Er is een bijkomende badkamer met douche.
