Vacature: Marketing Officer bij CAP Holiday Rentals

Are you creative, organized, and totally up to speed with marketing and social media? Then we have a place for you at CAP Holiday Rentals!

CAP is a Belgian family business with over 30 years of experience in renting out vacation homes in France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Switzerland, and Belgium. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Officer who is eager to help build the CAP story.

What are you going to do?

Marketing & communicatie

• You will be given a lot of freedom and creative space.

• Managing and further developing our social media channels
  (Instagram with +30,000 followers, Pinterest, Facebook & LinkedIn)

• Devising and developing creative campaigns for social media

• Developing and editing videos for our socials
  (reels, stories, short video formats that whet the appetite for a vacation)

• Writing and managing our weekly newsletters

• Ensuring that our website remains SEO-friendly

• Copywriting: inspiring blogs and marketing texts

Administrative support

Variety guaranteed:

• Keeping our website up to date: adding new properties, adjusting prices, adding promotions

• Managing and updating the calendars for our vacation rentals

• Collecting and processing reviews

• Basic contact with customers and owners
  (first-line support, answering questions, requesting new photos, etc.)

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least a bachelor's degree

• You have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar marketing or internship position

• Dutch or French is your native language, with a very good knowledge of the other language, and you also have a good knowledge of English

• You are curious about new trends and like to stay up to date.

• Experience with Canva and Mailchimp is an asset. In any case, you are digitally skilled and learn new tools quickly.

• Do you also have some experience in video (editing, storytelling, social video)?

• You are creative, have a strong aesthetic sense, and spontaneously contribute new ideas.

• You are a true team player with enthusiasm and commitment.

• You preferably have your own transportation to reach our office in Merendree (Ghent region).
