The renovated holiday home with private heated pool used to be a traditional stone farmhouse. The renovations were carried out with taste and high-quality materials. The aim was to achieve a nice combination of modernity and traditional French influences. The holiday home for groups is located on a gigantic domain of 3 hectares and consists of 4 independent buildings. The main building / barn has a huge living room, dining room and kitchen, there is plenty of space to stay here with the family. The bedrooms are located in the 3 other outbuildings. They each have their own entrance, terrace and also have their own kitchen and living room. Perfect for families and friends who like to get together, but also occasionally seek privacy. One of the houses has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, which makes it easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. In one of the holiday homes, 2 bedrooms are connected to each other, so you have to go through one room to get to the other room with a shared bathroom. Ideal for a small family.

The holiday home with private pool is completely surrounded by nature. From the various terraces you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of the green and mountainous area of ​​the Monts d'Ardèche natural park. The large private heated swimming pool (5x10m open from mid-May to the end of September) is located in the center of the garden. It is wonderful to relax around the private pool on the lounge seats. In addition to plenty of space outside, there are also plenty of activities to do in the holiday home.
