Discover Villa Terre Rouge Haut, a beautiful villa with a private pool for 6 adults and 2 children, with spectacular landscapes of the southern Ardèche. Located near the Cévennes National Park, it offers panoramic views of the valley and the impressive mountains from the "Serre de Barre" massif.
Located just 1 km from the picturesque village of "Saint Pierre le Dechausselat" and 10 km from the town of "Les Vans," where you will find all necessary amenities.
This spacious and well-designed house extends over two levels if you rent the entire Villa Terre Rouge (for 10 to 12 people). Here, you are only renting the upper part of the villa, which accommodates 6 people (+ optionally 2 children on the mezzanine).
Here is an overview of the layout of the upper floor: A living room with a large dining area and an open kitchen that opens onto a covered outdoor terrace, and a mezzanine with a small lounge area with a television and two single beds for 2 children. On this level, there are also 3 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. There are 3 portable tower fans to keep the bedrooms cool at night!
The outside of the villa offers an equally wonderful experience: with a large private pool (11x4.5m, depth: 1.90m), an outdoor shower, a pétanque court, a covered terrace equipped with a gas barbecue, and all the necessary outdoor furniture !
In the surrounding area of Saint-Pierre-Saint-Jean, you will find a multitude of activities to enrich your stay. Explore the hiking trails through the preserved landscapes of the Cévennes, go canoeing on the crystal-clear waters of the Ardèche river, discover the picturesque villages perched on the surrounding hills, or simply enjoy the local gastronomy by tasting regional specialties in traditional restaurants.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
At CAP, we’re all animal lovers, and we offer a wide range of accommodations where your four-legged friend is welcome.
