Discover Villa Terre Rouge, a beautiful holiday home with a private pool for 10 people, located in the spectacular landscapes of the southern Ardèche, on the edge of the Cévennes National Park. This villa offers panoramic views over the valley and the Serre de Barre mountains.
It is just 1 km from the picturesque village of "Saint Pierre le Dechausselat" and 10 km from the town of "Les Vans," where you will find all necessary amenities.
This spacious holiday home is spread over two floors. On the lower floor, you will find a comfortable kitchen with a small living and dining area, two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. On the upper floor, there is a second living room with a large dining area and an open kitchen that leads to a covered outdoor terrace, and a mezzanine with a small sitting area with a TV and two single beds for 2 children. On the same floor, there are also 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. There are 3 portable tower fans to keep the bedrooms cool at night!
Please note! To go from the first floor to the ground floor, you must use the external staircase.
The exterior of the villa offers an equally wonderful experience: with a large private pool (11x4.5m, depth 1.1 - 1.9m, open from 15/06 to 15/09), a pool terrace with shade cover, an outdoor shower, a pétanque court, and all the necessary garden furniture!
In the area around Saint-Pierre-Saint-Jean, you will find plenty of activities to enrich your stay. Explore hiking trails through the unspoiled landscapes of the Cévennes, go canoeing on the crystal-clear waters of the Ardèche or Chassezac rivers, discover picturesque villages on the surrounding hills, or simply enjoy the local gastronomy by tasting regional specialties in traditional restaurants.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
At CAP, we’re all animal lovers, and we offer a wide range of accommodations where your four-legged friend is welcome.
