Located just 1 km from the picturesque village of "Saint Pierre le Dechausselat" and 10 km from the town of "Les Vans," where you will find all necessary amenities.
This spacious holiday house is built on two levels if you rent the entire Villa Terre Rouge (for 10 to 12 people). Here, you are only renting the lower part of the villa, which accommodates 4 people. The layout of the lower floor is as follows: a lovely kitchen with a small living and dining area opening onto a terrace, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
The exterior of the villa is stunning, with a large private pool (11x4.5m, depth: 1.90m), an outdoor shower, a pétanque court, a covered terrace equipped with a gas barbecue, and all the necessary furniture for outdoor enjoyment!
In the surrounding area of Saint-Pierre-Saint-Jean, you will find a multitude of activities to enrich your stay. Explore hiking trails through the preserved landscapes of the Cévennes, go canoeing on the crystal-clear waters of the Ardèche river, discover picturesque villages perched on the surrounding hills, or simply enjoy the local gastronomy by tasting regional specialties in traditional restaurants.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
