This design holiday house in Saint-Agrève is situated between the upper valley of the Doux Eyrieux and the plateau of Haut Lignon. The beautiful landscape with its numerous valleys plunges you into the unique atmosphere of the Ardèche.
The interior of Le Nid de Chantoisel is luxurious, bright and equipped with every comfort. Step inside and get a wow-feeling! On the ground floor you will find the living room with fireplace, the dining room and the open kitchen. 1 bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor is a plus for disabled people. The modern entrance hall with staircase takes you to the 1st floor. Here you will find the bedrooms, each with a breathtaking view of the beautiful countryside.
From the terrace you have a view on the closed garden and you can enjoy a delicious glass of Vin de Pays.
Le Nid de Chantoisel is situated at walking distance from the village of Saint-Agrève. Be sure to visit the local market on Monday morning and taste the AOC specialities of the region such as the marron glacé and the Picodon, a delicious goat's cheese. Wash down these delicacies with a typical fruit beer or a local wine. Anglers and sports enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby river. The beach and lake provide the necessary refreshment. You can swim under supervision, sail or enjoy a delicious picnic. Cyclists and hikers should definitely follow the Dolce Vita, a 90km route built on former railway lines. This cycling & walking route is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the area! A wide range of attractions make Saint-Agrève is a pleasant place to visit. The ruins of the castle of Rochebonne are definitely worth a visit. This ancient citadel dominates the whole Eyrieux valley. This region was the scene of fierce confrontations during the religious wars. During this period, the fortresses were occupied and sometimes completely destroyed. Take the car to Mont Mezenc, the highest point of the region at an altitude of 1753m with a 360 degree view and located next to the Gerbier des Jons, the source of the Loire.

This beautiful holiday villa for 21 people with private pool is perfectly located in the fields with panoramic views for a pleasant stay in the Ardèche (Saint-Agrève, France).
The renovated holiday home with private heated pool used to be a traditional stone farmhouse. The renovations were carried out with taste and high-quality materials. The aim was to achieve a nice combination of modernity and traditional French influences. The holiday home for groups is located on a gigantic domain of 3 hectares and consists of 4 independent buildings. The main building / barn has a huge living room, dining room and kitchen, there is plenty of space to stay here with the family. The bedrooms are located in the 3 other outbuildings. They each have their own entrance, terrace and also have their own kitchen and living room. Perfect for families and friends who like to get together, but also occasionally seek privacy. One of the houses has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, which makes it easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. In one of the holiday homes, 2 bedrooms are connected to each other, so you have to go through one room to get to the other room with a shared bathroom. Ideal for a small family.
The holiday home with private pool is completely surrounded by nature. From the various terraces you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of the green and mountainous area of the Monts d'Ardèche natural park. The large private heated swimming pool (5x10m open from mid-May to the end of September) is located in the center of the garden. It is wonderful to relax around the private pool on the lounge seats. In addition to plenty of space outside, there are also plenty of activities to do in the holiday home. Organize a petanque contest with pastis or find out who is the best at table tennis and table football.
It is also wonderful to stay there in the winter. In the main building there is a fitness/wellness room with sauna and sports equipment. Each building has a cozy fireplace, where you can enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee or tea.
