This beautiful vacation villa for 21 people with a private pool is perfectly situated among the fields with panoramic views for a pleasant stay in the Ardèche (Saint-Agrève, France).

The renovated vacation home with a private heated pool was formerly a traditional stone farmhouse. The renovations were carried out with taste and using high-quality materials. The goal was to create a beautiful blend of modernity and traditional French influences. The vacation home for groups is situated on a massive 3-hectare estate and consists of 4 separate buildings. The main building/barn features a very large living room, dining area, and kitchen; there is plenty of space to spend time here with the family. The bedrooms are located in the three other outbuildings. Each has its own entrance, terrace, and its own kitchen and living room. Perfect for families and friends who want to get together but also occasionally seek some privacy. One of the homes has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, making it easily accessible for people with limited mobility. In one of the vacation homes, two bedrooms are connected, so you must pass through one room to reach the other, which shares a bathroom. Ideal for a small family.
The vacation home with a private pool is completely surrounded by nature. From the various terraces, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the lush, mountainous landscape of the Monts d’Ardèche Nature Park. The large, heated private pool (5x10m, open from mid-May to the end of September) is located in the middle of the garden. It’s a delight to relax around the private pool on the lounge chairs. In addition to plenty of outdoor space, there are also numerous activities to enjoy inside the vacation home. Organize a petanque match with pastis or see who’s the best at ping-pong and foosball.

Temperatures during the—sometimes warm—summer months are very moderate. In this region, surrounded by mountainous terrain, temperatures are very pleasant. During the day, it can be a nice, warm 28 degrees, while at night it cools down enough to ensure a very good night’s sleep. As a result, air conditioning isn’t always necessary, though fans are available. It’s also a delightful place to stay during the winter months. Just 15 kilometers away is the Lalouvesc ski slope. Other ski slopes are all within 25 km of the vacation home. The main building features a fitness/wellness area with a sauna and exercise equipment. Each building has a cozy fireplace, where you can relax with a nice, hot cup of coffee or tea.

Enjoy many activities and attractions in the area: there are several hiking trails through the woods that start right from the vacation resort; discover the beautiful nature reserve around Mont Gerbier, go swimming and sailing on Lake Devesser, or go mountain biking on the “Dolce Via”. An ideal cottage for enjoying quality time with family and/or friends.
