Welcome to La Grande Lavande, a beautiful holiday villa with a private swimming pool for 10 guests (maximum 8 adults and 2 children), located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Ardèche region.Do you love this house, but are traveling with fewer people? This villa can also be rented without the adjacent annex as La petite Lavande, accommodating 8 people.
Interior: a warm, family-friendly atmosphere
The main villa features 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, offering the rest and privacy you need, with enough space for a baby cot if required. The living area is bright and welcoming, thanks to the open-plan kitchen that flows into the living and dining room. This layout allows you to enjoy time with your guests while cooking!
The annex has been converted into a studio, creating a fully-fledged extra cozy nest with its own living space, a handy kitchenette with a dining table, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet, and a separate bedroom. The studio offers every comfort for a pleasant stay thanks to the air conditioning.
Exterior: enjoy the pool with a stunning view
Thanks to its hillside location, the property offers panoramic views over the lush surrounding landscape. The beautiful private swimming pool (8 × 4 m, depth 1.50 m, open from 1 June to 30 September) is perfect for a refreshing swim. After swimming, you can use the outdoor shower before relaxing on a sun lounger. The covered terrace is the ideal place to enjoy an aperitif with family or friends and end a wonderful holiday day in a relaxed atmosphere.

Just 4 km away is the charming village of Les Vans, where you can buy fresh bread, enjoy the terraces, and browse the local markets. This village is definitely worth a visit! In addition, the famous Pont d’Arc is only 28 km away. It is the perfect spot for a day of kayaking, hiking, cycling, or cultural exploration.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
