The Holiday Estate consists of 2 beautiful totally independent holiday homes for 4 and 5 persons and with total privacy. Each holiday home (l'Uliveto and Il Fienile) has its own private garden, private terrace and space for playing children without disturbing the other guests.

The region is known for the Montalbano wine. This is a famous wine, also called 'little Chianti'. Perfect location as a base for many attractions in beautiful Tuscany, Italy.

Holiday home l'Uliveto for 4 persons is located on the farthest point of the property and surrounded by beautiful olive trees. The holiday home has a private garden and spacious terrace. The view from the cottage and the terrace is unique and stretches from the mountains above Pisa to the sea and over the extinct volcano: Monsummano Alto, an impressive natural phenomenon. The perfect place to enjoy a delicious local wine or an extensive barbecue.

The holiday home Il Fienile is for 5 people and enjoys a lovely enclosed garden and covered terrace. Ideal for small or playing children. This holiday home is a little closer to the swimming pool, very nice for a quick splash! In front of the entrance of the holiday home, you have a large nice fenced private garden with green grass, ideal for children to romp around. On your private terrace, you can enjoy a nice barbecue or a glass of wine.

There is a large communal fenced-in infinity pool (10x13m, open after 28/05) with a 40cm deep children's pool. The pool is very child friendly. All ages can have fun here! From the pool you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding nature. Absolutely pure enjoyment. 

The owners live on site and are very discreet. They are always available to inform guests about the area, restaurants, etc. They produce oil and wine and are more than happy to let you taste their harvest.
