Villa Oliveta is situated on a hillside, surrounded by approximately 8000 m² of land, offering total tranquility and privacy with a stunning view of the Versilia coastline. An ancient olive grove surrounds this fully renovated villa, transformed by the owner, a renowned interior designer, into a beautiful detached house full of charm and style. The tastefully furnished interiors feature a large living room with designer furniture, comfortable sofas and armchairs, a cozy fireplace for the cooler seasons, and a TV. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has a dining area, and there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus a unique room carved out of the rock with a sofa bed (suitable for children). The house accommodates a total of 6-8 guests.
Outside, the large property boasts a stunning terraced garden with lush greenery. Just a few meters from the house is a beautiful private swimming pool with a sunbathing area and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing on warm summer days as an alternative to the nearby Versilia beach. An entirely equipped and covered outdoor area is available, furnished with a kitchen (oven, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler) and garden furniture such as tables, chairs, and armchairs, ideal for al fresco dining. What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
