Versilia is a well-known region in Tuscany for beaches, which stretch from Forte dei Marmi to Viareggio. During the summer months, Versilia is a lively region with a vibrant nightlife. On Versilia's 'Golden Coast', Italian flair is evident at the many beach bars and fine restaurants, especially between Forte dei Marmi and Lido di Camaiore. Elba
The island of Elba is located near Livorno in Tuscany. The mild climate and the beautiful nature and cities make Elba a top holiday destination in Italy. With its 147 km of coastline, Elba also has a lot of beaches and bays. Many of the beaches on Elba are sandy beaches where you can hire parasols and sun beds. A beach really feels different on an island! There are also pebble beaches, such as Capo Bianco, where the sea looks even bluer because of the white stones. Did you know that there are also deserted beaches to discover? Because of the rocks and the sometimes rough nature, some beaches can only be reached by sea. Hiring a boat on Elba is therefore a guarantee for unique views.
