Ancient farmhouse built at the end of the eighteenth century on a slight hill overlooking the Lake of Chiusi and enjoying an enchanting view. This holidayhome has been renovated preserving the typical features of the traditional country house perfectly combined with modern comforts. The holidayhome, surrounded by a WWF oasis, includes a large garden of 3500 square meters with different varieties of roses, lavenders, herbs, and a hundred year-old fig tree whose fruit is ripe around the end of August.
This holiday home with private pool is made precious by the beautiful pool and the equipped gazebo to relax and fully enjoy the holiday.
About 4.5 km away is the historic center of the town of Chiusi with shops, restaurants and all services while only a few hundred meters away is the Lake of Chiusi with the “bonifica” path, a natural setting
perfect for walking or cycling immersed in the most authentic nature.
Its position is ideal for reaching the most famous cities of art of Tuscany and Umbria, such as Pienza, Montepulciano and Cortona or Perugia, Città della Pieve and Castiglione del Lago.

What are the arrival and departure times?
