This enchanting villa is located in Le Marche, Italy. Villa Rinaldo is a modern vacation home for 8 people with a heated private pool. Tucked away at the end of a spacious driveway, this beautiful vacation home offers an oasis of peace and privacy.The villa is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, and is tastefully decorated in a sophisticated Ibiza style that will give you that instant vacation feeling. With four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms (one of which is en suite), there is plenty of space and comfort for your family and friends.The heated private pool (open from May through October, 10 x 5m, depth 1.2–1.8m) is surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable lounge chairs. The property features several open and covered terraces with a dining table, lounge area, and Ofyr BBQ, ideal for dining together outdoors and enjoying the spectacular views and serene natural surroundings. For our eco-conscious guests, a charging station for electric vehicles is available.
The nearby village of Monte Rinaldo is within walking distance; you can go there for your daily groceries or to enjoy an Italian coffee on the terrace of a cozy bar.
In the surrounding area, you’ll find numerous medieval towns and charming villages, such as Ortezzano, Montelparo, and Montottone. If you’d like to sunbathe on the Adriatic coast or take a beautiful hike in the Monti Sibillini, it’s just a half-hour drive away.
Villa Rinaldo is the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Le Marche region. And if you’d like to experience more of Italian culture, a traditional Marche-style dinner is organized every year, to which CAP guests are warmly invited.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
