Beautiful villa with pool in the hills of Le Marche.
Villa Olivia (10p) is a beautiful and stylish 18th-century holiday home with private pool located in the hills of Le Marche. Located near the village of Monte San Giusto, the holiday home is surrounded by the lush vineyards of Collemara, the countryside and the beautiful coast of the Adriatic Riviera.
The holiday house is perfectly equipped for 10p and has all modern comforts such as air conditioning. On the ground floor is the living area with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a gym and a bathroom.
The first floor has 5 bedrooms. 2 of them have a private bathroom. The other 2 bathrooms are shared. There is also a second kitchen on this floor, perfect for preparing a quick breakfast in the morning. It is possible to add a baby cot (on request and availability only).
To create a modern Mediterranean style, natural materials and warm colours were used, making you feel right at home. The large perfectly maintained garden (5000m2) offers plenty of space to relax.
The private swimming pool (10x5m) invites for a refreshing dip and is surrounded by plenty of loungers. You will enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding hills and vineyards of Collemara.
The old hay barn next to the authentic well has been converted into a pergola with outdoor dining area and lounge area with sound system. A former barn now houses a grill and wood oven where you can enjoy delicious barbecue dishes and homemade pizza.
On request, you can hire a private chef, do wine tasting, take cooking lessons or rent bicycles.
If you love Baroque splendour, be sure to plan a visit to Macerata. In the centre is il Sferisterio, the open-air theatre where you can attend an opera almost every day. Just outside the city, you can visit the ruins of Helvia Ricina. Walk among the dilapidated structures and try to imagine yourself walking through the Italy of more than 2,000 years ago.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
