Villa Cesar is a beautiful, exclusive holiday villa with private pool located between the towns of Loro Piceno and Montappone.
This farmhouse was completely restored while preserving authentic details and being equipped with modern comforts. The holiday villa in Le Marche was finished with high-quality materials such as cotto-tiled floors, old stone walls and wood-beamed ceilings. The large open-plan kitchen and stylish dining and living room make up the ground floor. The fully-equipped kitchen, including a pasta machine and an ice-cube maker, has several doors giving access to the terrace.

The exceptionally large private pool (18m x 4m) is surrounded by the beautifully landscaped garden with marble terraces and is the perfect place to enjoy the Italian sunshine and the wonderful tranquillity of Le Marche. The garden covers over a hectare and includes olive, mulberry, fig, peach and nut trees. You will also find vines and a large vegetable patch!
Villa Cesar is the perfect base to explore the region. Cycle along the quiet roads, hike in the nearby Sibillini Mountains, go to the coast, visit the surrounding authentic towns and local vineyards, take a look at the medieval castle of La Rancia or stay at home and enjoy the tranquillity of your holiday home, the garden and the swimming pool.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
