Villa Autentico is a farm from the 1700s that was completely renovated with beautiful quality materials into a modern luxury holiday home with a swimming pool.
This holiday home located near the town of Petriolo (Le Marche) is a spacious villa where, for example, two families can stay. The interior is a beautiful balance between rustic and modern style influences. The lovely authentic fireplace has been preserved and the rooms have been opened for more light and a spacious feeling. Despite the thick walls of this unique holiday home, there is WiFi everywhere.
Next to the holiday home there is an outbuilding with an extra bedroom and a private bathroom for those who seek more privacy.
One can enjoy a delicious barbecue on the veranda or on one of the open terraces. These offer a view of the large and well-kept fenced garden of approximately 2000m2. The garden is a real paradise for children, there are play areas and the pool (5x10m) is fenced to guarantee their safety.
Thanks to 3 bikes you can also easily discover the beautiful surroundings.
The house is very centrally located between the sea and the mountains: about 20 minutes from the Adriatic coast and 40 kilometers from the Monte Sibillini mountains! The beautiful town Petriolo, with a supermarket, is 1.5 kilometers away.

Surroundings
The airport of Ancona is about 50km away.
A day at the beach is feasible in Civitanova, and this area is also very well known for the many Factory Outlet Stores such as Tods and Fay in Sant Elpidio a Mare. A little further away but also worthwhile is the cathedral in Loreto, the most beautiful in all of Italy, or rent a boat at the Conero coast. Meanwhile, there are also lots of smaller atmospheric places to visit such as Corridonia or the flea market every Thursday in Fermo or the opera festival in July-August in Macerata.
