Welcome to La Terra, a beautiful vacation apartment with swimming pool, located on the first floor of a beautiful historic building and suitable for 5 to 7 people. The apartment offers a panoramic view and is located in the heart of the village of Venarotta, in the Le Marche region of Italy.

Let yourself be carried away by the warm atmosphere and natural tones of this beautiful, spacious 120 m² apartment, where comfort and authenticity come together perfectly. The apartment is located on the first floor and has two spacious bedrooms, suitable for up to 5 people. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 additional guests.
Exterior: plenty of quiet spots
A large sunny terrace and south-facing garden invite you to relax, with several quiet corners to enjoy at any time of day. A covered outdoor lounge provides coolness and serenity, while the cave with hammock remains pleasantly cool even on the hottest summer days. In addition, you can use the holiday park's beautiful communal swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m – depth 1.25 m), which is open from May to October and can be heated depending on the season.

The apartment is located in a historic building, ideally situated in the center of Venarotta, in the Le Marche region. Everything is within walking distance: public swimming pool, shops, restaurants, hiking trails, and the historic center. Between mountains and sea, the region offers a wide range of activities: hiking in the Monti Sibillini, swimming in thermal springs, discovering waterfalls and natural gorges or a trip to the beaches of the Adriatic coast.
