Beautiful flower garden and panoramic views!
La Lavagna is a lovely holiday house located in Tolentino (Marcerata, Le Marche). It is an old school building that has been renovated with great care, and it is very quietly set in the countryside. La Lavagna is an exceptional home. It is very comfortable and you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view. The garden is idyllic, with old olive trees, fruit trees and a few vines here and there. During the summer, the garden is in bloom and it is an exceptional sight. The private swimming pool (10x5m) is surrounded by roses, which makes this terrace even more special.
Higher up in the garden, you will find a separate house (La Cassetta) that is ideal for a couple or 2 children/teenagers. There is a small kitchen and a shower room.
When you book 2 weeks, a typical meal will be prepared by our cook Claudia. If you book 3 weeks you'll have a workshop where you can discover the italien cuisine.
There are many beautiful sights in Le Marche, discover them in our blog. Be sure to enjoy the most beautiful piece of nature in the region, National Park Monti Sibillini.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
