Welcome to Fiori e Terra, a beautiful holiday home with heated private pool consisting of two fully independent apartments, suitable for up to 14 guests. The property features a private heated pool and offers breathtaking panoramic views. Ideally located in the heart of the village of Venarotta, in the Marche region of Italy, everything is within walking distance!
Interior: full of character
Immerse yourself in the warm atmosphere and natural tones of these two spacious, elegant apartments, each 120 m², where comfort and authenticity perfectly blend. Each apartment has two lovely bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 5 guests per floor, with a sofa bed available in the living room for 2 additional guests at each floor. The apartments are completely independent, each with its own kitchen, living room, and dining area.
Outside: peaceful spots
A large sunny terrace and a south-facing garden invite relaxation, with several quiet corners to enjoy at any time of the day. A shaded outdoor lounge provides coolness and tranquility, while the grotto with a hammock stays delightfully fresh even on the hottest summer days. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful private pool (7 x 3.5 m – depth 1.25 m), open from May to October and heated depending on the season.
