This vacation home stands out thanks to its refined interior design, featuring numerous objects and works of art from all corners of the world. The main building has a beautiful open kitchen, a living room, and a dining room, all combined into a spacious and bright living area. There are also two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four people. Adjacent to the vacation home is a separate studio that offers complete privacy for two additional guests, with its own kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom.

Outside: a warm and cozy nest
The journey continues outside, in the beautifully landscaped garden with exotic plants and banana trees. A pleasant private swimming pool (4 x 2.5 m, depth 1.50 m), treated with salt, invites you to enjoy refreshing and relaxing moments. The pool is equipped with a safety alarm and atmospheric night lighting. Garden furniture, deck chairs, a plancha grill, and a beautiful outdoor table are at your disposal to fully enjoy lunches and dinners in the open air. There is also private parking for two vehicles.

Surroundings:
Thanks to its ideal location near Montpellier (7 km), you can also quickly reach the Mediterranean coast, with beaches such as Palavas-les-Flots or Sète, about a 20-minute drive away. Charming villages with character, such as Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert or Saint-Martin-de-Londres, are also worth a visit. Heritage enthusiasts can enjoy historic towns such as Aigues-Mortes and Loupian.

Comments:

• Two cats may occasionally wander into the garden. They are very friendly and rather shy, and will not disturb your stay.

• The owner lives in a separate studio next to the house, with its own entrance, and will fully respect your privacy. There are no overlooking windows.

• The house is located near the highway; however, it is only audible very sporadically and only when the wind is blowing in a specific direction.
