This holiday home is ideal for 12 people, with its 4 bedrooms + a studio with extra kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and air conditioning. The spacious living room offers a cozy sitting area with an open fireplace, a large dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for family or friends' gatherings. The indoor spaces are very spacious and comfortable. If you prefer to dine outside, there is a lovely terrace at the front of the house, which overlooks the pool and the tree-lined garden.

Enjoy a large private pool (13x6m, depth 1.5 - 2m) with lighting and an electric cover. It is accompanied by a large pool house with very large covered terrace equipped with a stove, refrigerator, sink, bar area, and shower. Behind the pool area, you will also find a pétanque court for lively matches.

Take a stroll through this beautiful private and fenced 2,500m² property and discover the many flowers and fruit trees in the garden. There is also a dining area with a masonry barbecue in the garden.
