This holiday home is ideal for 8 people, with its 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and air conditioning. The spacious living room offers a cozy sitting area with an open fireplace, a large dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for family or friends' gatherings. The indoor spaces are very spacious and comfortable. If you prefer to dine outside, there is a lovely terrace at the front of the house, which overlooks the pool and the tree-lined garden.
Enjoy a large private pool (13x6m, depth 1.5 - 2m) with lighting and an electric cover. It is accompanied by a large pool house and very large covered terrace equipped with a stove, refrigerator, sink, bar area, and shower. Behind the pool area, you will also find a pétanque court for lively matches.
Take a stroll through this beautiful private and fenced 2,500m² property and discover the many flowers and fruit trees in the garden. There is also a dining area with a masonry barbecue in the garden.
There is no shortage of games in this holiday home, with pétanque, a pool table, cricket, and numerous board games available. There are plenty of activities for both young and old, so you'll never get bored here!
For groups of more than 8 people, discover Le Grand Grenadier, which can accommodate up to 12 people with its additional studio.
Many activities are available within 25 km of the holiday home: the Aven d'Orgnac caves, Parc Spirou, the Crocodile Farm, or lakes and rivers for canoeing or fishing.
