For added comfort, the entire house is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate, even on hot summer days. On the upper floor, there is also a pleasant office with a view of the surrounding hills, ideal for teleworking.
Exterior: relaxation and outdoor living
Outside, a delightful Provençal setting awaits with a spacious garden and several terraces. The covered terrace is the ideal place for long summer evenings with family or friends. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and refrigerator.
In the center of the garden is the heated private swimming pool (10 x 3.2 m, depth 1.5 m, open from May to October). The pool is equipped with lighting and an alarm system. There is also private parking at the property and a charging point for electric cars.
