The cozy living room, which flows seamlessly into the fully equipped open kitchen, is the perfect place to gather and relax. In addition, the modern underfloor cooling system ensures a pleasant and comfortable indoor climate. The 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer optimal comfort and maximum privacy for the entire group.
