Interior:
In this vacation home with a pool, everything is located on the ground floor, ideal for families with small children or people with limited mobility. The vacation home is accessible for people with disabilities. There is air conditioning in the living room, dining area, and two bedrooms. The third bedroom faces north and has a new, quiet ceiling fan that works very efficiently. The large windows let in plenty of light and open directly onto the beautiful garden.
Exterior:
The large 4,000 m² garden is truly beautiful and features more than 50 olive trees and a wealth of stunning local flora. In the middle of this well-maintained garden lies a large, sun-drenched private pool (10x5m, depth ranging from 50 cm to 1.80 m, open from April through October, with steps, lightly salted water). From the many terraces surrounding the house, you have a view of the garden and the pool. There are large open terraces where you can completely relax and enjoy your vacation. You’ll find lovely shade among the olive trees.
Surroundings:
The property has direct access to the banks of the Rhône, ideal for walking, jogging, and biking. There are kilometers of trails offering stunning Provençal views. In the surrounding area, you’ll discover the medieval village of Boulbon with its castle, the Montagnette massif, and the Abbaye Saint-Michel de Frigolet. Tarascon, situated on the Rhône across from the Gard, boasts a rich historical heritage with more than 26 protected monuments, including the impressive 15th-century Château de Tarascon. The city is also home to the famous Souleiado Museum, dedicated to traditional Provençal textiles. Its location is ideal for exploring Avignon, Arles, Châteaurenard, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux-de-Provence, Fontvieille, Maillane, and Beaucaire, as well as charming villages, Provençal markets, and summer festivals. A beautiful setting where nature, culture, sports, and authentic Provençal charm come together.
The owner resides in an outbuilding at the rear of the property. This discreet presence ensures the property is well-maintained and that assistance is available quickly if needed, while vacationers are guaranteed exclusive use of the villa, the pool, and the outdoor areas, with their privacy fully respected.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
