Villa de Baumes is modern, light, and warmly decorated, exuding comfort and tranquility. The living area forms the heart of the home and combines a cozy living room, an inviting dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The vacation villa can accommodate 8 people + 2 babies and has 4 comfortable bedrooms, all located on the ground floor, ideal for people with limited mobility or with small children. All rooms are equipped with a fan and one bedroom has air conditioning.

Outside, you can enjoy Provençal life to the fullest. The private swimming pool (10 x 3.5 m, depth up to 1.70 m with steps in the pool) can be fenced and equipped with lighting. Outside there are several sunny terraces, with a pool house where there is a cozy dining area, refrigerator, and plancha. The fenced garden offers privacy and tranquility.

There are numerous Provençal gems in the surrounding area, such as Avignon, Orange, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Gordes, and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Day trips to the Camargue, the Gorges de l'Ardèche, or the Mediterranean Sea are also possible. The location is also easily accessible by car, train, and airport.
