Villa Cabasse is a stunning holiday home for 10 people, featuring a private pool and air conditioning, located within walking distance of the charming village of Cabasse, in the heart of the Var region in Provence. The standout feature of this villa is undoubtedly its breathtaking view!
The house is practically furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts, including air conditioning. Most of the spaces are on the ground floor, making the property accessible for people with reduced mobility. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen that opens into a dining area and a cozy living room, as well as 3 large bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a 4th bedroom with its own ensuite shower room.
The 5th bedroom is located in a nice independent studio with terrace next to the house, featuring a double bed and its own private bathroom.
The illuminated private pool (12x6 m and 2.3 m deep - open from 15/04 to 15/10) is salt-treated and equipped with an electric cover. Outside, enjoy both a covered terrace and an open terrace with all the necessary garden furniture for relaxing. There is also a pétanque court available. The entire property is fenced, covering an area of 2500 m², and offers exceptional panoramic views of this beautiful region.
