Villa L'Ousidou is a modern and sleek holiday home, very quietly located in the typical village of Sauveterre, just 12 km from Avignon (Provences / Alpes-Côte d'Azur). The area is really beautiful; on the edge of the forest with a view of Mont Ventoux, the dentelles of Montmirail, the village and the vineyards of Châteauneuf du Pape.
In the garden is the swimming pool (12x6m - depth to 2 m) surrounded by a large wooden terrace (130m2). You will find wonderful shady spots in the greenery. In addition to the barbecue there is also a ping pong and a swing.
The interior has a distinct style, the many wood, the beautiful windows and the occasional bold colors make this holiday home a nice and cozy stay.
The holiday home is for max. 10 people during July and August. The other months for max. 8 people. The owner lives on site in another house. Your privacy is guaranteed.

Cake, wine and quiche as a welcome. Nice, modern, comfortable house in a nice area. Not ideal with small children because of the deep swimming pool.
Sympathetic landlord, very helpful, very chill. The tenant for us had apparently left it very dirty and they had just not finished cleaning (with 3 people). The owner has done everything to put everything in order. So not a wrong word about him. I hope that those previous tenants have not received their guarantee ... For the rest, the house was very nice !! We have been renting properties in the south for many years, mostly via CAP, and this is the best in terms of price and quality home we have ever had !! A modern home, air conditioning, all comfort etc ... just super! We had a problem with the induction fire and the next day there was a new one ....
Mas Mayoli is a large, lovely and authentic mas located in a quiet zone about 2.5km away from the centre of the well-known town of St Remy de Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône - Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).
As you go through the property’s driveway you will immediately get the feeling of truly being in Provence amidst the secular sycamore trees.
The garden is very spacious and has a very prairie-like feeling to it, a paradise for young and old. It is delightful to rest by the swimming pool (11mx4m). For those looking for shade, there are beautiful sycamore trees. More than the necessary garden furniture has been foreseen.
There's a pleasant living room where you can enjoy the large fireplace from both the living room and the kitchen. All the rooms have French windows leading directly out to the large terrace. It's a lovely place for children to play. There is also a relaxing room where they can play.
Mas Mayoli is definitely a good bargain for those wishing to spend relaxing holidays with many excursion possibilities. The Villa Mireillo holiday home is completely on the ground floor. The furnishings are well maintained, comfortable and modern. The house has a cooling system through the floor, which is extremely pleasant during the hot summer months. But you can also stay outside for a long time thanks to the specially equipped pool house with sliding doors that can be opened completely. You enjoy cooking in the pool house, you will find a spacious brick barbecue, dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator as well as a large table where the whole family can sit together and enjoy with a view of the pool and terraces.

The holiday home is quietly located in beautiful green surroundings, two kilometers from picturesque Lorgues with all practical amenities and only 25 minutes from the sea.
The holiday home in Lorgues with swimming pool was built in the authentic style of the region with a beautiful, attractive, natural stone facade in combination with authentic oak beams as lintels above the window frames. The wooden shutters are double brushed before installation to bring back the character of an old bastide even more vividly.
This holiday home in Provence for 10 people has around 4000 m2 of enclosed garden and even has its own olive grove. Outside you will find two large terraces. On the one hand, a long, covered terrace with various quality garden furniture and garden furniture. From that terrace you have a panoramic view of the mountains.
