The home features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for unwinding after an active day. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to showcase your culinary talents. The spacious and bright living area and living room create a warm atmosphere for relaxing or sharing cozy moments.

Outside, you can enjoy a large, furnished patio measuring 100 m², ideal for al fresco dining or simply relaxing. The 30 m² patio offers an intimate spot to relax, have lunch or dinner, and seek shelter from the sun. There is also a game room with a foosball table and an electronic dartboard.
The property also features a refreshing communal swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 180 cm deep, with an alarm and lighting) and a shared petanque court, perfect for relaxing moments with family or friends. All of this is set in a beautiful park overlooking a peaceful natural setting. For those who want to stay active during their stay, fitness equipment is also available. An ideal place where comfort, relaxation, and conviviality come together.

This vacation home in the heart of Provence enjoys an ideal location near Salernes and its Sunday market, as well as some of France’s most beautiful villages, such as Villecroze, Sillans-la-Cascade, Tourtour, and Cotignac. Just a few kilometers away, you’ll find Lake Sainte-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon.
The village and the surrounding area offer a wide range of activities, including walks and hikes in an exceptional natural landscape. Thanks to quick access to the highway—just 30 minutes away—you can easily reach Nice, Italy, or the calanques and beaches along the coast. The Les Arcs–Draguignan train station is also just 30 minutes away. The airports in Nice, Marseille, and Toulon are less than 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Motorcyclists and cyclists will particularly appreciate the region’s winding roads and spectacular panoramic views.
