Villa L'Ousidou is a modern and sleek holiday home, very quietly located in the typical village of Sauveterre, just 12 km from Avignon (Provences / Alpes-Côte d'Azur). The area is really beautiful; on the edge of the forest with a view of Mont Ventoux, the dentelles of Montmirail, the village and the vineyards of Châteauneuf du Pape.

In the garden is the swimming pool (12x6m - depth to 2 m) surrounded by a large wooden terrace (130m2). You will find wonderful shady spots in the greenery. In addition to the barbecue there is also a ping pong and a swing.

The interior has a distinct style, the many wood, the beautiful windows and the occasional bold colors make this holiday home a nice and cozy stay.

The trump card of this holiday home is undoubtedly the fantastic large fenced off heated swimming pool (14,5 x 7,5m heated from 1 April to 30 October) with all its extras such as the outside shower, a pool house, ping pong table, a fountain, small waterfall, hydromassage, jet stream and automatic filter system.

It is also a very child-friendly holiday home. There are 2 cots, 2 highchairs, a baby potty, a baby bath, a pushchair, a baby park and an enclosed swimming pool with a raised area for the little ones. The garden furniture is luxurious and of high quality. There are 10 sun loungers haut de gamme, a beautiful garden furniture and 6 parasols.
