Thanks to the large sliding windows, the indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly together, giving you direct access to the covered patio and the pool. The home has a warm, elegant, and inviting atmosphere and is the perfect place to enjoy time together and share beautiful moments with family or friends.

Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful, fully fenced garden, with several cozy spots to relax and dine al fresco. The private pool (10 × 4 m, depth: 1.50 m) features an electric cover and lighting, so you can fully enjoy a refreshing dip. The covered terrace, which is accessible directly from the house, is a wonderful spot to have lunch or dinner in the shade while enjoying the view. Fans of the French game of boules can enjoy themselves on the private petanque court in the garden. There is also a private parking space on the property.
