This holiday home for 8 people in Provence offers 4 bedrooms, all air-conditioned and equipped with quality bedding. On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances. The kitchen opens onto a bright living room with air conditioning, a television, a piano and comfortable armchairs. A dining room is also available if you prefer to eat indoors.

Exterior: A tree-filled property
Enjoy a beautiful 1,000 m² garden with two lovely terraces (one facing south and one facing west), furnished with everything you need for outdoor dining. A plancha is also available for summer grilling. The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the stunning private oval-shaped pool (10 x 5 m, open from May to September), fitted with a safety dome that also helps retain heat throughout the season. The pool is salt-treated and features night lighting. There is a private parking area with an electric gate for 2 vehicles. Finally, located at the top of the hill, you can enjoy cooler temperatures in summer and the opportunity to go hiking directly from the house.

The village of Eyragues, located in the heart of Provence, is the perfect base for visiting many of the region’s charming towns and villages: Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux-de-Provence, Gordes, Arles, or even the Pont du Gard. The city of Avignon, with its famous Palais des Papes, is only 15 km away. Wine and landscape lovers will enjoy a trip to Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Nature enthusiasts can discover the Alpilles Regional Natural Park, just a few kilometres away, offering numerous hiking and cycling trails.
