Villa Fortuna (10p) is a stunning detached vacation villa with a private pool, located within walking distance of the charming town of Cossignano. From the beautiful terrace, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and the picturesque town of Cossignano.
Interior:
This vacation villa has been renovated with love and attention to detail. It offers the perfect combination of historic charm and modern comfort. The stylish interior, featuring carefully selected design classics such as Kartell, Artemide, and Vitra, creates an atmosphere of refinement and comfort.
Villa Fortuna can accommodate up to 10 guests (plus two children) and is the ideal destination for families and/or groups of friends. During the mid and low seasons, there are also attractive rates for smaller groups.
Step into the spacious, open-concept layout on the ground floor, where the open kitchen, living room (with a fireplace and smart TV), and dining area flow seamlessly into one another. The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances. On this floor, you’ll also find one of the bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. This bedroom features a large sliding window that offers breathtaking views and provides direct access to the terrace. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find a separate half-bath and a storage room with a washing machine.
The bright and spacious first floor has four bedrooms, two of which open onto a rooftop terrace. Here, too, you can enjoy a unique view of the Italian countryside. One of these bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, while the other three share a large bathroom, complete with both a shower and a bathtub.
Exterior:
The private pool (5x10m) with saltwater is perfect for cooling off and relaxing. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, this is the ideal spot to enjoy nature and unwind. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, perfect for a lazy day in the sun.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
