The warm interior, finished with stylish African accents, immediately creates a homey atmosphere. A new feature is the air conditioning in the common living areas. When the bedroom doors remain open during the day, the bedrooms also benefit from the pleasant cool air, making your stay even more comfortable on hot summer days.
For families with young children, a crib, a playpen, and various toys are available. In addition, the friendly house cat and the free-roaming tortoise add an extra touch of coziness (please keep this in mind if anyone has allergies).

The sunny patio is the heart of outdoor living. A beautiful maple tree provides natural shade, so you can sit outside comfortably even during the hottest hours of the day.
The fenced-in private pool (8 x 4 m, depth 1.40 m) invites you to enjoy hours of fun in the water and is beautifully lit in the evening for a refreshing dip under the starry sky. Thanks to the comfortable patio furniture and the Weber grill, long summer evenings naturally turn into cozy moments with family or friends.

Villa Lanaka is just a five-minute walk from the center of Grabels. There you’ll find, among other things, two bakeries, shops, and a lively Saturday market featuring local products. The historic village center, with its narrow streets and authentic atmosphere, is definitely worth a visit.
For hikers and nature lovers, several trails start right near the house. Grabels is also located along the famous Via Tolosana (GR653), one of the historic pilgrimage routes to Santiago de Compostela.
The banks of the Lez River are also nearby and make for a wonderful spot for a picnic, a walk, or a bike ride in the shade. Fancy a day trip to the city? You can reach lively Montpellier in about 15 minutes by car. If you’d rather head to the coast, you’ll be on the beach in about twenty minutes. The picturesque Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, one of the most beautiful villages in France, is also within easy reach and highly recommended for a day trip.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
