Outside, you’ll find a private swimming pool with steps (10 x 5 x 1.2 m, equipped with an alarm) that can be lit and heated from May to October. Explore the surroundings with the mountain bikes provided. A built-in barbecue sets the scene for cozy evenings, while the fully enclosed garden ensures complete privacy. The open terrace is perfect for al fresco dining. For extra fun, there are Batminton batons, pool toys, and floaties available.

The nearest restaurant is just a 7-minute drive away. Explore charming towns like Pézenas, famous for its Saturday market and vintage shops. Visit Montpellier, Narbonne, Carcassonne, and other picture-perfect spots. Wine lovers can enjoy tastings at local vineyards, such as Château Castigno in Assignan.
