This vacation home has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. On hot summer days, fans provide pleasant cooling, while the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere during the colder months. Thanks to its functional layout, the house immediately feels like home, and it’s wonderful to come back to after a day full of excursions or sports activities.

Exterior: Wildflowers surround the private pool

The spacious terrace offers a beautiful view of the heated private pool (8 x 4 meters, 1.25 meters deep, heating available for an additional fee), which is open from April through the end of October. Here, you can fully enjoy the sun and the green, rolling countryside that makes this region so beloved. Behind the house, there’s another peaceful spot under the cherry tree, where you can relax in the natural shade with a good book or simply enjoy the silence. The outdoor space exudes tranquility and that vacation feeling.

Surroundings: Unique and unspoiled!

Le Poujol-sur-Orb is located in the heart of the beautiful Orb Valley, a wonderful destination for nature lovers, active vacationers, and families with children. From the house, you can head straight out into nature: just 50 meters away is the Voie Verte, a beautiful bike route through the region. Those looking for a bit more of a challenge will also find numerous stunning cycling and mountain biking trails in the surrounding mountains.

There’s also plenty to do here for hikers and adventurers. Discover the impressive Gorges d’Héric, where you can enjoy beautiful hikes and go kayaking and canyoning in the surrounding area. The Plages de l’Orb, with natural spots along the river where you can relax and cool off, are also nearby.

This is the perfect place to stay with kids. Just a few meters from the house is a fenced-in playground for children ages 3 to 10.

Horse lovers will find several riding stables and opportunities to go horseback riding in the area. For a more relaxing day, head to Lamalou-les-Bains, the famous spa town with its thermal baths. A few special excursions are also definitely worth the trip. Visit the charming Olargues, which is one of Les Plus Beaux Villages de France, or head to the unique Lac du Salagou, known for its blue waters, red earth, and impressive scenery.
