Enjoy a stylish getaway together, just a stone's throw from the heart of Nîmes
La Maison des Amis is a spacious and elegantly furnished vacation home with a heated private pool for 12 to 14 people, ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Nîmes. The vacation home consists of two separate buildings: a main house of approx. 150 m² and an annex of approx. 80 m². This unique combination of a contemporary main house and an authentic mazet offers space, comfort, and privacy in a green setting.
Interior: Authentic charm with modern comforts
The main house features a modern yet warm interior where you’ll feel right at home. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and create a pleasant, open atmosphere. The second building, a typical Provençal mazet, was recently renovated and combines authentic charm with contemporary comfort. Both homes feature all the necessary amenities for a carefree stay, including a fully equipped open kitchen with modern appliances. Thanks to the layout across two buildings, everyone can enjoy their own space while still enjoying a vacation together.
Exterior: Enjoying the Outdoors
Outside, it’s all about relaxing and enjoying time together. The fully fenced garden offers peace and privacy, with various terraces—both sunny and shaded—furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. In the center of the garden lies the heated private pool (8 × 4 m, depth approx. 1.5 m), open from May through the end of September. The pool is illuminated and fenced, providing extra safety for families with young children. Sun loungers are set up around the pool for relaxing under the southern French sun. The lush garden, natural stone elements, and cozy seating areas create a true vacation atmosphere where everyone immediately feels welcome.
Note: The property is located near a railroad track, but only 5 to 6 trains pass by each day, which is generally not considered a nuisance.
Surroundings: Nîmes is nearby
The property is located in Nîmes, just a short distance from the historic city center with its famous Roman monuments such as the Arènes de Nîmes and the Maison Carrée. Restaurants, shops, and local markets are about a 20-minute walk away. Thanks to its central location, this vacation home is also an excellent base for excursions to the Pont du Gard, the Camargue, and other cultural and natural attractions in the region. Nîmes train station and airport are easily accessible.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
