La maison des amis is a spacious and elegantly furnished holiday house for 12 people, ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the center of Nîmes. The vacation apartment consists of two separate buildings: a main house of about 150 m² and an outbuilding of about 80 m². This unique combination of a temporary main house and an authentic mazet offers space, comfort and privacy in a green setting.

The interior of this home is warm, contemporary and finished to perfection. The spacious living space is bathed in light and features a comfortable sitting area with. Large windows provide a nice connection to the outdoors.

Outside, one enjoys southern French life to the fullest. The enclosed garden offers privacy and tranquility, with several terraces, both covered and open, furnished with comfortable garden furniture.

At the center of the garden is the heated private pool (8 x 4 m, depth about 1.5 m), open from May to the end of September and equipped with lighting and fenced for the security of the little ones. Around the pool, loungers are provided for relaxing under the sun. The combination of greenery, natural stone and modern touches creates a real vacation atmosphere.

The property is located in Nîmes, at a short drive from the historic city center with its famous Roman monuments such as the Arènes de Nîmes and the Maison Carrée. Restaurants, stores and markets are easily accessible on foot.

Thanks to its central location, La Nimoise is also an excellent base for excursions to the Pont du Gard, the Camargue and other cultural and natural attractions in the region. Station and airport of Nîmes are easily accessible.
