Les Oliviers is a typical Provençal holiday house, situated in Saint-Maximin (Languedoc-Roussillon) at 30 km from Avignon and 25 km from Nimes. There is a beautiful fenced and enlightened garden (2,700m2), a private swimming-pool and a pool-house (without an outdoor kitchen) ideal with playing children. A typical barbecue and all the necessary garden furniture (longchairs with cushions).
The interior is charming and cosy. The living- an diningroom have access to a nice covered terrace with view on the garden.
Les Oliviers is also available in winter. Very quiet, private and very well situated to discover this beautiful region of the Languedoc-Roussillon and the Provence. Shopping centre is nearby.

Surroundings
Be sure to visit the impressive waterfalls of Les Cascades du Sautadet located near the village of La Roque-sur-Cèze. These waterfalls are a natural and spectacular attraction that draw many visitors each year due to their beauty and unique geological formations.
Who does not know the Haribo candies. At 2 km from Les Oliviers, you'll find the factory HARIBO with the 'Musée du Bonbon' and a shop where children can choose there most loved candies from Haribo. Good to know with children.
Beautiful garden and an incredible peace! Very friendly neighbor who leaves you in privacy. You always had to take the car to do the shopping, so no bakery or something in the immediate vicinity.
