The open living area forms the heart of the home. Large windows let in plenty of light and create a pleasant connection to the patio and garden. The vacation home has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms on the upper floor have lower ceilings and curtains as partitions (attic roof), as shown in the photos. This contributes to the charming and cozy atmosphere of the house.

The true vacation feeling begins outdoors. The partially covered terrace opens directly onto the heated private pool (7 × 3 m, depth approx. 1.5 m). Sun loungers and lounge cushions invite you to relax under the southern French sun. When the large sliding windows are opened, the indoor and outdoor spaces merge into one large living area — ideal for long summer evenings, cozy dinners, and relaxing moments with family or friends. Thanks to the green surroundings, natural materials, and various seating areas, the whole space exudes a warm and relaxed vacation atmosphere.

Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are easily accessible. The location makes trips to the Camargue, the Pont du Gard, and other cultural attractions particularly easy. Furthermore, the region is easily accessible via the Nîmes train station and airport.
