Le petit Sud is a stylishly renovated vacation home with a private pool for 6 people, located in a green and peaceful setting just outside the center of Nîmes, in the Languedoc. This charming loft-style home combines modern comfort with a warm, natural ambiance where the indoors and outdoors blend seamlessly. Additionally, this home can be rented together with Villa du Sud, making it perfect for larger groups who want to travel together but still desire their own privacy.
Interior: Cozy, bright, and homey
The open living area forms the heart of the home. Large windows let in plenty of light and create a pleasant connection to the patio and garden. The vacation home has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms on the upper floor have lower ceilings and curtains as partitions (attic roof), as shown in the photos. This contributes to the charming and cozy atmosphere of the house.
Exterior: Relaxation and Outdoor Living
The true vacation feeling begins outdoors. The partially covered terrace opens directly onto the heated private pool (7 × 3 m, depth approx. 1.5 m). Sun loungers and lounge cushions invite you to relax under the southern French sun. When the large sliding windows are opened, the indoor and outdoor spaces merge into one large living area — ideal for long summer evenings, cozy dinners, and relaxing moments with family or friends. Thanks to the green surroundings, natural materials, and various seating areas, the whole space exudes a warm and relaxed vacation atmosphere.

Le petit Sud is just a 15-minute drive from Nîmes, a lively city in the Languedoc, known for its impressive Roman heritage. Attractions such as the Arènes de Nîmes and the Maison Carrée are just a short drive away. The surrounding countryside also invites you to go for walks and relax. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are easily accessible. The location makes trips to the Camargue, the Pont du Gard, and other cultural attractions particularly easy. Furthermore, the region is easily accessible via the Nîmes train station and airport.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
