Villa Miramont is a charming vacation home with a private pool in Lot-et-Garonne, ideal for a relaxing stay for up to 6 people. The villa is just a 2-minute walk from the center of Miramont-de-Guyenne, a charming French town with cafés, bars, bakeries, and a lively market on Monday mornings. Despite its central location, the property offers plenty of peace and privacy: a wonderful combination for those who want to discover authentic French village life while also relaxing undisturbed.
Interior: spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped
The vacation home in Miramont-de-Guyenne is exceptionally well-maintained and features a modern, spacious yet cozy interior. There are three comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. The bedrooms are equipped with fans for extra cooling during hot summer nights.
On the ground floor, air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature. The fully equipped kitchen features not only the usual kitchenware and necessary appliances but also a few extras for those who enjoy cooking while on vacation. These include a Thermomix, a professional Sage coffee maker, a pasta maker, a fondue set, and a Magimix. Ideal for a hearty breakfast, a good cup of coffee, or a cozy evening around the table.

Outside, a large, green garden awaits, featuring a lovely private pool. The pool measures 8 x 5 meters, has a depth of 1 to 2 meters, and is equipped with Roman steps and lighting.
The villa is surrounded by lawns, mature trees, and various patios and quiet nooks. This means there’s always a nice spot to find to sit in the sun, seek out some shade, or enjoy a drink on a long summer evening.

Miramont-de-Guyenne is a typical French town where daily life still follows a pleasantly leisurely pace. Since the villa is just a few minutes’ walk from the village, you can often leave your car parked.
There’s also plenty to discover outside of Miramont. By bike or after a short drive, you can reach several charming villages. Lauzun, for example, is known for its castle and beautiful gardens. In Allemans-du-Dropt, there is a unique church whose origins date back to the Middle Ages. Here, you can also rent kayaks for a relaxing trip down the Dropt River. Other beautiful places in the area include Eymet, Duras, and Issigeac.
Villa Miramont is also conveniently located for longer day trips. Bordeaux is about a 90-minute drive away. Those heading toward the Atlantic coast can combine a day at the beach with a visit to the impressive dunes and beaches. Wine lovers, on the other hand, can set out on a journey of discovery through the famous vineyards of Saint-Émilion, Sauternes, and the Médoc.
