Boutouzet is a holiday home located in the beautiful countryside full of incredible views of rolling hills, at 2 km. north of Villeneuve-sur-Lot in Lot-et-Garonne, near the Dordogne region. Here you will be able to find lovely activities, sunny terraces and countless great restaurants. Discover our unspoilt region with its orchards, hilltop villages, sunflower fields and many places of interest awaiting your visit.
Around the house you will find a big garden with fruitful trees, a pétanque area, a large roman private pool (11.30m x 5.10m - depth 2.80m - heated) surrounded with sunbeds and terraces. Perfect for your ideal holiday.
The house is very appealing for more than just its comfort and spacious rooms–it is also located in the center of the Lot-et-Garonne region and near the Dordogne. Naturally, there are many things to see and do here, and you can go out for trips without ever having a dull moment. You will feel relaxed and at ease right away!

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
At CAP, we’re all animal lovers, and we offer a wide range of accommodations where your four-legged friend is welcome. What if I need to cancel my booking?
