Welcome to Le Clos des Vignes, a vacation home for up to 8 people with a private pool, located in a small village among the most beautiful vineyards of the Cognac region: Criteuil-la-Magdeleine (region: Charente). The vacation home is in a quiet location, surrounded by vineyards, off the beaten path, and 1 km from the village.
Interior: A unique living space!
What makes this vacation home truly special is its enormous living space of over 200 m², featuring a bar area for enjoyable aperitifs with friends. There’s plenty to keep you entertained: a foosball table, a dartboard, a TV with streaming, a library, and lots of board games. The vacation home has three bedrooms, including a children’s room and a dormitory with two double beds and two single beds.
Outdoors: Perfect for cozy moments
The fun continues outdoors with a beautiful petanque court and the private pool (4 × 2 m, depth: 1 m), open from mid-April to mid-October. A covered patio with a table and garden chairs is also available for al fresco dining. The brick barbecue lets you enjoy delicious grilled meals in the summer!

The charming little village of Criteuil-la-Magdeleine is just 1 km from the house, with several small shops and a restaurant worth visiting. Cognac is just a 15-minute drive away, the sea in less than an hour, the Dune du Pilat in 1.5 hours, and other cities worth visiting, such as La Rochelle or Angoulême.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
