This charming vacation villa for 8 people is located in the heart of rural Pistoia (central Tuscany, Italy), surrounded by nature and tranquility.
Interior: Full of character, warm, and comfortable
Inside, you’ll be welcomed by an interior that exudes charm and authenticity. Antique furniture gives each room its own unique character, without compromising on comfort. The spacious living area features a cozy reading nook, perfect for relaxing. There are three double bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom (one with a shower and one with a bathtub). There is also an additional bathroom. The library area also features two single beds, with access to the shared bathroom.

Outdoor living is a real highlight here. In the garden of this vacation home for 8 people in Italy, you’ll find a very large private pool (12 x 15 m, 1.50 m deep, open from May 1 to September 30) with a stunning view of the surrounding hills, complete with lounge chairs for ultimate relaxation. There is also a gazebo with a table and chairs, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and even a play area for children — fun guaranteed for all ages.

Thanks to its central location, this villa is an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. The cultural cities Florence, Lucca, and Pisa are easily accessible for day trips filled with history, gastronomy, and art. Nature lovers can enjoy hiking trails through the rolling countryside right from the property. An ideal place to fully enjoy the Tuscan outdoors, far from the hustle and bustle yet centrally located.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
