This charming vacation home for 6 people with a private pool in Italy is nestled in the lush Tuscan countryside, between Colle Val d’Elsa and Castel San Gimignano (Tuscany, Italy), and offers enchanting views of the valley.
Interior: Bright, comfortable, and practically laid out
Inside, the house welcomes you with a spacious living area featuring a fireplace and satellite TV, perfect for cozy moments together. The dining room opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. The home is entirely on one level.
Outdoors: Greenery, privacy, and relaxation
Outside lies a spacious park with fruit trees, cypresses, pines, and olive trees—a typical Tuscan setting where tranquility reigns. In the garden is the private pool (7 x 3 m, depth 1.50 m, open from May 1 to September 30), ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, or reading a book while enjoying the view of the countryside.
The owners live in a separate annex in the basement. They are friendly and helpful, yet discreet, so that guests can enjoy their vacation in complete privacy.
Air conditioning and/or heating are available upon request and cost €0.80 per kWh.

Thanks to its excellent location, you can easily explore the best of Tuscany. What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
