Inside, the house welcomes you with a spacious living area featuring a fireplace and satellite TV, perfect for cozy moments together. The dining room opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. The home is entirely on one level.

Outdoors: Greenery, privacy, and relaxation

Outside lies a spacious park with fruit trees, cypresses, pines, and olive trees—a typical Tuscan setting where tranquility reigns. In the garden is the private pool (7 x 3 m, depth 1.50 m, open from May 1 to September 30), ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, or reading a book while enjoying the view of the countryside.

The owners live in a separate annex in the basement. They are friendly and helpful, yet discreet, so that guests can enjoy their vacation in complete privacy.
Air conditioning and/or heating are available upon request and cost €0.80 per kWh.
